The purpose of this scholarship is intended to support students in the Department of Geography.

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible to receive this scholarship:

• Major: Geography
• Minimum GPA: 3.0 overall GPA
• Class Level: Undergrad: Junior, Senior Graduate: Classified, Unclassified
• Financial Need: Financial need is not required
• Enrollment: At least half-time enrollment at time of award and at time of application
• Other: See Below (Apply-to)

• Applicants will submit a one-page statement about their personal and professional goals along with a copy of their college transcripts
• Preference for students planning to study abroad
