To support CSUS students for two years with a major in either Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Government, or Mechanical Engineering.

Eligibility:
- Minimum GPA: 2.5 Overall GPA
- Major: Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Government, and Mechanical Engineering
- Class Level(s): Freshman-Junior
- Be enrolled full time at the time of award
