Faculty Graduate Writing Prize in History
The Faculty Graduate Writing Prize in History was created to reward good writing by graduate history students.
Open to students meeting the following requirements:
- Classified Graduate Student
- Majoring in History
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- At least 3 units or be enrolled in History 599 at the time of the application.
- Submit a paper, either research or critical commentary, in a course that is part of the student’s History graduate program at CSUS. Papers shall be well crafted and conceptually lucid, show advanced skills of critical evaluation, and address the relevant historiographical context of the paper.
