Green and Gold Accessible Technology Scholarship
The Green and Gold Accessible Technology Scholarship will therefore provide financial support to students who are unable to adequately support themselves at the university due to their disabilities. Awards will be based on financial need, scholarship, and service to the campus and community. It is open to Sophomore, Junior, and Senior status students in any major who require use of accessible technology for their studies. The scholarship is also available to students with a demonstrated interest in the study and practice of accessible technology as a career.

- Please submit an essay up to two pages, describing your personal challenges, aspirations and opportunities related to the use of accessible technology for learning-- or related to career aspirations which involve using accessible technology.
- Please submit signed documentation from Specialist (Physician, Educator, et.al) related to your student disability and the effect of that disability on your attendance and learning at Sac State.
- Please submit a letter of recommendation from a member of the community regarding your aspirations, and/or one letter of recommendation from a teacher, mentor, faculty member, administrator, or staff member regarding your determination and academic aspirations.
