Henry Steven Giron Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was created in the memory of Henry Giron, who was a member of the graduating class of 2011 and participated in many on-campus student activities. The scholarship is intended to support students at Sacramento State who demonstrate commitment to student life and activities through their ongoing involvement.

An essay of one page or less is required describing your involvement in student clubs, organizations, governance, et al, at Sacramento State. Examples include ASI, Student Alumni Association, Student Advancement Council, or other student social or academic clubs sanctioned by Sacramento State.

Students must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum GPA: Student must be in Good Academic Standing overall GPA
• Major: Any Major
• Class level: Junior, Senior
• Enrollment: Full time at time of award and at time of application (half time & full time as defined by current Sacramento State catalog)
