Richard and Oleta Melnicoe Scholarship

The purpose of this scholarship shall support students majoring in biological sciences or chemistry, in the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics.

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible to receive this scholarship:

• Major: Biological Sciences or Chemistry
• Minimum GPA: 3.0 GPA
• Class Level: Undergrad: Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior. Graduate: Classified.
• Financial Need: Financial need may be considered but is not required.
• Enrollment: Full-time at time of award and at time of application

* Student recipients are eligible to reapply for the scholarship award, and receive the scholarship up to four years. The student application will be considered by the scholarship committee as part of the entire applicant pool
* Recipient(s) must be the first in their family to attend college
