Joseph E. Spink Memorial Scholarship

The Joseph E. Spink Memorial Scholarship is intended to support students majoring in Civil Engineering

This scholarship is open to:
- Civil Engineering Juniors and Seniors
- Citizen of the United States.
- Graduate of a high school located in Sacramento, Yolo, Sutter, Placer, El Dorado or San Joaquin County
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Considered: Academic performance, financial need, non-academic University activities and off campus community involvement will be considered
