Edwards Law Enforcement Futures Scholarship

This scholarship was created by Tom and Libby Edwards, to honor their son, Fred Edwards. Fred is
a 2004 alumnus from the Division of Criminal Justice in the College of Health and Human Services
at Sacramento State. Per Tom and Libby request, Fred Edwards will be the steward of this
scholarship and has established the scholarship criteria. This scholarship is intended to support
students in the Division of Criminal Justice.
