David Higgins Memorial Scholarship

The David Higgins Memorial Scholarship is intended to support students with at least Junior standing who are majoring in Civil Engineering.

This scholarship is open to:
- Students majoring in Civil Engineering
- Minimum GPA: 3.0
- Juniors
- Enrollment requirement: At least half time at time of application and at time of award
- Must have taken at least 1 course related to environmental or resource engineering.
- Must be a member of the ASCE student or national chapter
- Must have financial need, which is determined by answers to the following questions:
o How are you currently financing your education?
o How will the funds that you receive benefit the pursuit of your goals?
- Must have interest in environmental and water resource engineering
