GASPPA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Scholarship

The Graduate Association of Students in Public Policy and Administration (GASPPA) diversity, equity, and inclusion scholarship is intended to encourage the study of subjects that empower future leaders for diverse, equitable and inclusive policies, problem-solving, analysis and practices.

• 3.0 overall GPA (in good standing)
• Must be in Master of Public Policy and Administration
• Graduate (Classified/Unclassified)
• At least half-time enrollment at the time of award

Student recipients are eligible to reapply for the scholarship award. First-year students receive priority selection, along with those who have not previously been awarded this scholarship previously.

Essay Question: In 500 words or less, describing an experience or experiences that motivated you to advance diversity, equity, and/or inclusion and how you demonstrated that commitment through the study and practice of public policy and administration.
