Jack and Kathy Ford Basketball Scholarship Endowment

Scholarship awards to student-athletes in the Athletics Department of Sacramento State. This award was established by Jack and Kathy Ford.

Eligibility:
- First preference should be given to student-athletes who have been members of the Sacramento State Hornets Men’s Basketball team.
- Amount of Award: One or more awards annually, recommended amount $500 up to cost of Tuition and Fees
- Minimum GPA: 2.0 Overall GPA
- Major: ANY
- Class Level(s): Freshman, Sophomore, Junior Senior
- no financial needs requirements
- full-time enrollment at time of application and award
