Dr. Armando Ayala Memorial Scholarship

The Dr. Armando Ayala Memorial Scholarship was established to honor the memory of Dr. Armando Ayala, who served as a lecturer in Bilingual/Multicultural Education.

To be considered for this scholarship students must meet the following criteria:

• be in good academic standing;
• limited to accepted or enrolled students in the teaching credential program with the Bilingual Authorization;
• preference is for students who are first in their family to attend college;
• financial need may be considered but is not required;
• must be enrolled at least half time at time of award
