James and Edna Owens Electrical and Power Engineering Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was created in honor of James and Edna Owens. Mr. Owens was a nuclear power plant specialist and wanted to encourage students to pursue this type of engineering. James Owens always believed that he was successful because of the support of his wife, Edna. Student must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum GPA: 3.0
• Major: Electrical and Power Engineering
• Class level:

• Junior
• Senior
• Classified Graduate_

• Enrollment Requirements: Full time at time of award and application (half time & full time as defined by current Sacramento State catalog)
