Rose-Christensen History Research Travel Scholarship
The scholarship is intended to support graduate history students in the College of Arts and Letters interested in traveling to professional conferences to present their research.
Open to students who meet the following requirements
- Minimum GPA: 3.00
- SAP Requirements: N/A
- College: Art & Letter
- Majors: History
- Class Level: Classified Graduate
- Financial Need Required: N/A
- Enrollment Requirements: at least half-time and at the time of application award.
Supplemental Material:
- Applicant must submit a statement of purpose and need for travel concerning their research project or presentation of research outside of the region is required. (Examples of acceptable purposes for the award include visiting an archive to add to the student’s research or presenting the student’s study at a conference.)
- Students should also submit a letter of recommendation from a professor or advisor familiar with the student’s research project.
