At Ancestry, we have a long-term commitment to enhancing education and empowering the next generation of history makers. This is why we’re proud to sponsor the 2024 HistoryMakers Scholarship Fund, designed to support current undergraduate and graduate students who will be enrolled full-time from the Fall 2024 semester through the Spring 2025 semester at universities participating in the HistoryMakers Tour.

This program is administered by Scholarship America®, the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarships and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals. Eligibility for individual programs is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor and eligible applications are reviewed by Scholarship America’s evaluation team.
pplicants to the Ancestry’s HistoryMakers Scholarship Program must:
Be a high school senior/high school graduate (entering undergraduate study Fall 2024), current college undergraduate or graduate student Plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate or graduate study at one of the following universities from Fall 2024 semester through Spring 2025 semester: Bowie State University California State University, Sacramento Florida International University Tennessee State University University of North Carolina at Pembroke Have a minimum grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale, or its equivalentPreference will be given to students pursuing a degree in one of the following fields: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Life Sciences, Marketing, Finance, Business Economics, Business Management, Cybersecurity, or User Experience.
Ancestry employees and their immediate family members (spouses, children, and grandchildren) are ineligible.
