Scholarship awards for students to support and encourage professional development within the hospitality and tourism industry.

Open to Students who meet the following requirements:
- Junior, or Senior
- Majoring in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Administration
- Special interest in Hospitality and Tourism Management
- Minimum GPA 2.0
- Enrolled full time at time of award and at time of application

Applicant Interview

• If selected, applicants must attend an interview with an interview committee.
• If the student is working on an internship, and not available to be interviewed in person, the Chair of the SKAL Scholarship Committee will work with the student to set up an electronic mode of interviewing on that particular day.
• Interviews are held on one day, time and location are coordinated by the RPTA Department, and will be announced to the applicants via their email.
