The scholarship is intended to support students studying Gerontology in the College of Social Sciences and Interdisciplinary Studies:

• Major: Gerontology
• Minimum GPA: 2.0 GPA for undergraduate students, 3.0 for graduate students
• Class Level: Undergrad: Sophomore, Junior, Senior, Graduate Classified
• Financial Need: Financial need is required
• Enrollment: Half-time at time of award and at time of application
