Scholarship award for students from Chongqing University of Technology(CQUT). The main objective is to provide international study opportunities for CQUT students . The Sacramento State and CQUT students will have an opportunity to interact ,exchange ideas , and create mutual understanding in an academic setting through this exchange.

GPA : Student must be in a good Academic standing overall GPA.
